Registration is simple, if you have a foursome fill out 4 registrations, if you are a single, twosome, or threesome, just fill out the appropriate registrations and hit the next button on the bottom of the page to skip to the final page. Payment option are as follows:

To clarify, your donation is being made to Birdies for Tampa Bay Charities in care of More 2 Life Ministries. After completion of the Transitions Championship and all accounting has been finalized, Birdies for Tampa Bay will match your donation to More 2 Life plus 10%!
