More2Life is a Youth Development program that partners with parents and the community to increase awareness among youth that their choices affect their futures. We provide culturally relevant programs that ENABLE youth to set and achieve their goals and EMPOWER them to build healthy relationships and avoid risky behaviors such as drugs, alcohol, and sex outside of marriage.
STAFF BIOS
Jason Dorr, Director
Jason is the Director for More2Life. He’s been with More2Life since October 2006. He graduated from Oldsmar Christian School in 1995 and then attended Countryside Christian Training Center where he received his license for ministry. Jason is married with two young kids. For the past 15 years, he has been working with youth. Jason has a great passion for working with and mentoring teens. He is also a youth pastor at local area church, Global Family Fellowship in Clearwater, FL.
Brittany Lung, Educator
Brittany joined the More2Life team in August 2012. She graduated from Calvary Christian High School in 2007. After high school, Brittany attended Evangel University where she earned a Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education and a concentration in Psychology. She is currently pursing a master’s degree in counseling. Brittany also works alongside her husband at Echo Point Church, in the Clearwater/Largo area where they are working with the student ministries program. Brittany loves mentoring and providing a positive role model to teens.
Tricia Buriff, Educator
Tricia graduated from Clearwater Christian College in May 2012, earning a Bachelors of Arts in Bible as well as minoring in Biblical Language and History. Tricia has a background in student ministries dating back to 2007 and loves utilizing her skills and talents to educate students in a creative way. She has a passion for leading, teaching and disciplining the generation behind her, which is the reason why she was added to the More2Life team in October 2011. Tricia is an adventure seeking, book reading, and craft making young women who loves working with students.
Wallace Austin Phaire II, Educator
Wallace joined the team in April 2012. This break dancer/ graffiti artist/ graphic artist/ photographer graduated from Springfield College where he earned a BA in Human Service. Wallace is also a Live Free Educational Speak Operation Par and Licensed Minster GCMF. In addition to working with More2Life, Wallace is a full time youth pastor at Suncoast Cathedral and Taking It Back Performance Arts Ministry. Wallace is married and although he has no kids of his own, he loves working with teenagers. Since the age of 18, Wallace has been passionately working with teens to provide them a positive role model and show them how they can succeed in life.
