Who We Are

More2Life is a Youth Development program that partners with parents and the community to increase awareness among youth that their choices affect their futures. We provide culturally relevant programs that ENABLE youth to set and achieve their goals and EMPOWER them to build healthy relationships and avoid risky behaviors such as drugs, alcohol, and sex outside of marriage.


Jason Dorr, Director

Jason is the Director for More2Life. He’s been with More2Life since October 2006. He graduated from Oldsmar Christian School in 1995 and then attended Countryside Christian Training Center where he received his license for ministry. Jason is married with two young kids. For the past 15 years, he has been working with youth. Jason has a great passion for working with and mentoring teens. He is also a youth pastor at local area church, Global Family Fellowship in Clearwater, FL.

Tatiana Beltran, Educator

Tatiana was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Her family moved to Florida when she was seven years old. In 2011 she graduated from Gibbs High School and joined the Evansville Masters Commission for a year. She is currently involved working with the youth ministry at Suncoast Cathedral and her my goal is to become a licensed Worship Pastor. She joined the More2Life team in August 2013 and is very outgoing and extremely adventurous! Tatiana loves speaking to the Youth and making a positive impact in their life.

Brianna King, Educator

Born and raised in Clearwater, Brianna graduated from Clearwater High School with a GPA of 3.6. She was a group counselor for the City of Largo in the year of 2013. She is also very involved with the youth at her church. She joined the More2Life team in June 2014. Brianna is extremely dedicated to helping the youth/teens in this area. 

Joseph McCall, Educator

A native of St. Petersburg, Florida, a graduate of Northeast high school and North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. He was the coordinator of an at-risk youth program through the Boys and Girls Club. He now works with youth at his local church. He joined the More2Life team in April 2014. Joseph is passionate about helping youth and teens reach their full potential in life.
